Just Beginning
"Rodger, this is Tsui Yeun reporting. I've reached my destination."
looking about her the young Saiven, took her first sight of Earth in the sleeping city of Edo, Japan. As the morning had not dawned yet, Tsui Yeun was able to take her moment in peace. Listening to the instruction her master informed her with, Tsui Yeun responded to the acceptance of the mission.
"Copy that, I am to find the runaway feline, Intisar, and the angel, Chinua and bring them in for questioning." Nodding her head to the additions her master placed on the mission, Tsui Yeun noted the changes.
"Rodger, I'll keep a look out for other off-worlders. I won't be needing back up; I'll call if I do." Pausing for a second, Tsui Yeun observed the final instructions carefully. "Thank you," she bowed forrgetting he couldn't see her, " I'll keep that in mind, Roger-n-out. "Tsui Yeun smiled as she clicked off her cellphone and placed it in her long purple coat's pocket.
Taking a deep breath, Tsui Yeun closed her eyes and savored the essence of this strange planet she found herself on. Earth... for so long, she'd dreamed of being here. Opening her eyes, young Tsui Yeun sighed, time to get to work.
Kneeling on the ground, Tsui Yeun removed her tool case to search through it. Peering first in one compartment, then another, Tsui Yeun found the heat scanner she'd been looking for. Opening the machine up, Tsui Yeun turned the device on and watched as the scanner picked up the various human inhabitants of the city, most of them still asleep. Then the scanner showed an image of a boy sleeping. On the surface he seemed to be a normal seven year old child fast asleep. But through the scanners abilities, the boy's true appearance was reveiled.
Curled up the child's tail protruded adjacent to his sleeping form. With his mane-like-hair flowing about his resting head, his fuzzy dog ears were gently covered up showing his lion cub characteristics.
Tsui Yeun sighed, she really didn't want to bring in an innocent, especially if they were sleeping, but she had her orders, so holding up her scanner, Tsui Yeun made her way quietly through the desserted city passing along alleyways. Tsui Yeun arrived at an inn's front door.
Inhaling through her nose, Tsui Yeun picked up the lion kid's scent coming from a room in the back of the inn. Exhaling, the young Saiven jumped onto the roof. Casually walking along the tiles, Tsui Yeun dangled off the roof and swinged gently into an open window next to the little boy's room. Landing quietly in the room, Tsui Yeun passes silently into the hall and paused before the closed bedroom door.
Prickling his ears the boy woke with a unique scent in his nose, sitting up, Mitar watched as a little girl crept into the room. At first glance, Mitar thought she was a human five-year-old but the strange sensation creeping down his back told him she was more than what she appeared. Standing up, the lion boy faced the Saiven girl. Gazing intently at each other, they knew the situation had no other ending except one of them being defeated.
Taking their stances, the off-worlders batted their breaths waiting for the right moment. Moving quietly so as to not disturb the rest of the household, Tsui Yeun moved in swiftly nailing a first punch while dodging one of his kicks.
Receiving and dealing out blows, the two kids quietly restrained themselves from using their powers and destroying the inn in the process. In the silent battle, Mitar wondered why this little girl was after him.
During asking himself this question, Mitar didn't see the kick aimed at his side. Falling to his knees, Mitar looked up into the young Saiven's unchanged face and watched the blow that blacked him out impact his face.
Standing up straight, Tsui Yeun placed a bracelet on Mitar's wrist to prevent him from waking up so long as he wore that bracelet.
As she was about to stand up, Tsui Yeun felt another off-worlder in the residence.
